ATP Scales LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Paid advertising (Meta platforms)
• Campaign management and optimization
• Lead generation systems
• Performance reporting

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue, number of leads, or ROI.

By using our services, you confirm:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to act on behalf of your business

You agree:

• To provide accurate information
• To maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not to misuse the platform or attempt unauthorized access

• All services are billed as agreed in client contracts
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may result in service suspension

All materials created by ATP Scales LLC remain our property until full payment is received.

ATP Scales LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue or profits
• Platform outages
• Ad account suspensions or restrictions

You acknowledge and agree that ATP Scales LLC, in its sole discretion, may terminate your website access if your conduct is found to be unlawful, inconsistent with, or in violation of the letter or spirit of these Terms. ATP Scales LLC shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of website access. Should you object to any terms and conditions of these Terms, or to any subsequent modifications thereto, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the website.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

ATP Scales LLC processes personal data solely to provide marketing services.

Client:

• Owns all collected data
• Ensures legal compliance

ATP Scales LLC:

• Processes data only as instructed
• Does not sell or misuse data

We implement reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may use the following subprocessors:

• Meta Platforms
• Google
• CRM tools

We will notify clients of any known breach within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, data access will be revoked.

This agreement is governed by applicable state and federal law.

• Monthly recurring billing
• Payment due in advance
• Late payments may result in service pause

• 3-day grace period from due date
• Services may be suspended after grace period

Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting ATP Scales LLC directly and allowing a reasonable resolution period.

• All active campaigns paused within 48 hours
• Client retains full access to ad accounts and pages
• Final performance report delivered within 5 business days

Client retains full ownership of all collected data, campaign history, and creative assets. ATP Scales LLC access is revoked upon completion of offboarding.

All outstanding balances must be settled prior to formal account termination. Unpaid invoices may delay the offboarding process.

Reactivation of services is available upon request and is subject to current availability and pricing.
